  2. The Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Cyprus.
  3. Betwinner accepts bets from customers all over the world. Bets can only be placed by persons over the age of 18. It is forbidden to bet on the following persons:
    • Persons under the age of 18 and below this age;
    • Individuals who work in the sports field: sportspeople, coaches, referees, club owners or club management, or other individuals who can influence the outcome of the event;
    • Employees of other bookmakers;
    • It is forbidden to enter into an agreement with a bookmaker if local law prohibits doing so.

  19. In the pre-trial procedure, the party that claims a violation of its rights sends a written complaint to the opposing party.   25. If the bookmaker does not consider the complaint within the prescribed period, the party that claimed the violation of their rights has the right to go to court, and the venue is the court of the country where the bookmaker is located.
  26. If changes are made to these Rules, customers must be notified of this. Bets accepted after this date are subject to the amended Rules. Previous rates remain unchanged.
  27. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and account number received during registration. All bets registered with the bookmaker are considered valid. The cancellation of a bet is governed by these Rules. If the Client’s login details come into the possession of a third party, the bookmaker must be informed, the Client must change his username and password, as well as his email password to more secure ones.   28. Under no circumstances shall the bookmaker be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage (including lost profits), even if he has been advised of the likelihood of such loss or damage.
  29. Any communication failure while receiving confirmation of a bet shall not result in the cancellation of such bet.

  31. Bets and winnings are calculated only on the basis of data provided by the bookmaker. Any complaints about the results, date and actual start time of the event are considered together with the official documents of the respective sports federations.
  32. The bookmaker does not consider any complaints related to the transliteration (or translation) of the team name, player’s name or sports facility. The name of the tournament is given for convenience only. Any errors in the name of the tournament will not result in a bet refund.
  33. Each registered customer can only have one account. Customers can only register one account per household, address, email address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet, or e-payment method.
  34. Persons affiliated with the client are prohibited from registering on the site

  39. A new user can register under the original name, surname, address and bank details.
  40. The bookmaker has the right to cancel the bet and close the account without giving reasons if:
    • the player placed a bet and had information about the outcome of the event;
    • it turned out that the player took part in the organization, preparation or direct sporting event;
    • the player has more than one account under different names;
    • the player made a bet and made a decision based on various auxiliary analytical software.
